Introduction to the Bohrium CLI

Bohrium CLI is known as Bohrium on the command line（bohr）, a next-generation command-line interaction tool introduced by DP Technology. It aims to provide users with a more intuitive and efficient way to manage resources, execute tasks, and monitor projects. Compared to the previous Lebesgue Utility (LBG Utility), bohr offers significant enhancements in functionality. Below is an introduction to the main features of bohr.

Features​

  • Interactive Node Creation: Bohr offers a new interactive experience for creating nodes. Users can easily create a new compute node through a few simple steps—selecting a project, choosing an image, selecting a machine type, entering a node name, and setting the system disk size.

  • Password-Free Node Connection: Users can now specify the node ID and directly connect and log in to the node via Bohr commands without entering a password, significantly improving work efficiency.

  • Automatic Task Download: When submitting tasks, users can specify a local path with the -r parameter. Once the task is complete, the system will automatically download the files to the specified path (note: this feature is currently not supported on Windows operating systems).

  • Dataset Creation: Bohr allows users to create datasets via command line and specify multiple folders at once using the -l parameter.Compared to web-based creation, Bohr has no size limits and supports resumable uploads.

  • Dataset Listing: Users can easily view their dataset list and get detailed information about their datasets using commands.

  • User-Friendly Interactive Operations: Bohr’s user interface is more visually appealing and easier to use, offering a more friendly interactive experience.

  • Convenient Node Login: Users can now log in to nodes more conveniently without needing to use webshell or remember SSH account passwords.
